Ticket Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All Scrap Series tickets are delivered <strong>digitally<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tickets will be sent to the email address used at checkout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery is typically instant but may take up to a few minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tickets can be presented on a <strong>mobile device or as a printed copy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not receive your ticket, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Pay-Per-View (PPV) Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>PPV access is delivered <strong>digitally<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access details will be provided via email after purchase<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PPV grants access to the live broadcast only, unless otherwise stated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PPV access is for personal, private viewing and is non-transferable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to ensure they have a compatible device and stable internet connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Returns &amp; Refunds \u2013 Tickets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All tickets purchased for Scrap Series events are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds will only be issued in the event of <strong>full cancellation of the event by the organiser<\/strong>.<br>Changes to venues, fight cards, bout order, fighters, or event timings do not qualify for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Returns &amp; Refunds \u2013 PPV<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All PPV purchases are <strong>final and non-refundable<\/strong>, including cases of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Failure to watch the event<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internet or device issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partial viewing of the event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds will only be considered if the event is fully cancelled by the organiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Event Postponement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.<br>If a replacement date cannot be offered, further instructions will be communicated by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Incorrect or Failed Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you believe your ticket or PPV access has not been delivered correctly, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Chargebacks &amp; Disputes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of access to PPV content or future Scrap Series purchases.<br>We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before contacting their payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
