Delivery & Returns – Scrap Series

This page explains how tickets and Pay-Per-View (PPV) access are delivered, and outlines our returns and refund policy.

1. Ticket Delivery

All Scrap Series tickets are delivered digitally.

If you do not receive your ticket, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

2. Pay-Per-View (PPV) Delivery

PPV access is delivered digitally.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have a compatible device and stable internet connection.

3. Returns & Refunds – Tickets

All tickets purchased for Scrap Series events are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued in the event of full cancellation of the event by the organiser.
Changes to venues, fight cards, bout order, fighters, or event timings do not qualify for a refund.

4. Returns & Refunds – PPV

All PPV purchases are final and non-refundable, including cases of:

Refunds will only be considered if the event is fully cancelled by the organiser.

5. Event Postponement

If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
If a replacement date cannot be offered, further instructions will be communicated by email.

6. Incorrect or Failed Delivery

If you believe your ticket or PPV access has not been delivered correctly, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of access to PPV content or future Scrap Series purchases.
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before contacting their payment provider.
