By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or using the Scrap Series website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Purchases & Refunds

All tickets purchased for Scrap Series events are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued in the event of full cancellation of the event by the organiser.
In the case of event postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

2. Age Restriction

This event is strictly over 18s only.
Valid photographic ID may be required as a condition of entry.
Failure to produce valid ID when requested may result in refused entry without refund.

3. Dress Code

A smart casual dress code applies.
Tracksuits, sportswear, and hats are not permitted.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who does not meet the dress code requirements, without refund.

4. Ticket Entry & Validation

Tickets must be presented for entry either on a mobile device or as a printed copy.
Once a ticket has been scanned and checked in, it becomes invalid and cannot be used again.
Any attempt to gain entry using a ticket that has already been checked in will result in entry being denied.

5. Right of Admission

Purchase of a ticket does not guarantee entry.
The event organisers and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person, without refund, to ensure the safety, security, and enjoyment of all attendees.

6. Event Changes

Scrap Series reserves the right to:

7. Behaviour & Conduct

Disorderly behaviour, aggression, illegal activity, or failure to follow staff instructions may result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
Security checks may be conducted as a condition of entry.

8. Liability

Attendance at the event is at your own risk.
Scrap Series, its partners, venues, and staff accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to personal property, except where required by law.

9. Photography & Filming

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
Scrap Series reserves the right to use images and footage for promotional, broadcast, and marketing purposes without compensation.

10. Website Use

Content on the Scrap Series website is provided for information and ticket sales only.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or misuse of website content is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Pay-Per-View (PPV) Terms

12.1 PPV Access

Pay-Per-View (PPV) purchases grant access to a live digital broadcast of the Scrap Series event via the official Scrap Series platform only.
Access is for personal, private viewing and is not transferable.

12.2 No Refunds on PPV Purchases

All PPV purchases are final and non-refundable, including (but not limited to):

Refunds will only be considered in the event of full cancellation of the event by the organiser, and at Scrap Series’ discretion.

12.3 Technical Requirements

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they have:

Scrap Series is not responsible for issues caused by the viewer’s equipment, software, network provider, or bandwidth limitations.

12.4 Broadcast Interruptions

While every effort is made to deliver a high-quality live stream, Scrap Series cannot guarantee uninterrupted coverage.
Temporary interruptions, buffering, delays, or quality fluctuations do not constitute grounds for a refund.

12.5 Event Changes

Changes to fight cards, bout order, fighters, timings, or event format do not entitle the purchaser to a PPV refund.

12.6 Recording, Sharing & Piracy

PPV content is protected by copyright.
The following are strictly prohibited:

Any unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

12.7 Access Duration

Unless otherwise stated, PPV access is for the live event only.
On-demand or replay access is not guaranteed and may be offered at Scrap Series’ discretion.
