All tickets purchased for this event are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in the event of full cancellation of the event by the organiser.
This event is strictly over 18s only. Valid photographic ID may be required as a condition of entry.
A smart casual dress code applies. Tracksuits, sportswear, and hats are not permitted. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who does not meet the dress code requirements.
Tickets must be presented for entry either on a mobile device or as a printed copy. Once a ticket has been scanned and checked in, it becomes invalid and cannot be used again. Any attempt to gain entry using a ticket that has already been checked in will result in entry being denied.
Purchase of a ticket does not guarantee entry. The venue management and event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person at their discretion, without refund, to ensure the safety, security, and enjoyment of all attendees.
